I design tailored Business Spanish training programs for companies, with an intensive six-month structure focused on real workplace communication. I start by analyzing the company’s operations, workflows, and the language employees use in their day-to-day tasks. From there, I build a practical program aligned with the company’s goals, including a communication guide with key vocabulary, useful expressions, and essential workplace instructions. Weekly vocabulary assessments and monthly grammar evaluations are applied to monitor employee progress.

I send monthly progress reports to the company. Conversation sessions are focused on real workplace situations and instructions. At the end of the intensive course, I provide managers with a performance overview for each employee, identifying who has the Spanish skills needed to function effectively in the workplace and, who may benefit from additional 1-on-1 coaching. This extra support helps employees better understand workplace instructions, ask questions confidently, and communicate clearly whenever they have doubts about a task or process.
